Since my animations we're too fast,I tried to make a run to ease a bit.

Looks more like a hasty walk, pretty good though. :) Make him take longer strides, and also leave the ground at some point as well.

Still needs to have more ease on the part after the crossing of arms and legs.
Also needs to "bounce" more, make him go a bit up a down so it won't look static.
The post itself can be better too.

It looks like there's an alpha version of him with the previous frames' movments lagging behind. Also try to make the arms movement more clearer.
