I'd like to firstly say, don't be so negative about your creations. You're making it sound worse than it could be, makes us not really care to give you c&c.
Respect and learn from all your animations.
The animation wasn't bad, there was flow, but the physics and movements were off. Just picture the real thing and try to recreate it step by step. If it doesn't work the first time, try again, and keep practicing till you get that sequence right. Once the sequence is right, you'll always know how to do it again and won't have a problem with it.
You can do way better if you tried.

Man, most people have shitloads of trouble with spin kicks (styled like yours anyway), even me. The spin looks too fast. I think the best thing is to analyse some good spin kicks frame by frame.

In my opinion this is way too short to cc, people complain how they're not improving but thats 'cos they're not making long projects or anything that is close to a full length. But anyways, keep it going. #props
