Okay I finally decided to make a RHG.

Abilities:-
Strength 2/10
Plague isn't exactly the world's strongest man. His strength is magnified into his wrists. He can pack a powerful punch but you probably wouldn't even realize he kicked you.
Speed 10/10
Plague might be one of the fastest RHG in existence. His top speed it so fast that it is not visible to naked eyes. This top speed is called Flashstep.
Accuracy 0/10
If plague attacks he won't miss. How you ask? His accuracy sucks, but his speed more than makes up for it.
Intelligence 9/10
Plague is is Smart. But not to to smart. He can predict his opponents next move and can quickly analayze a foes weakness even if it means using his body as a lab rat.
Speacial Attacks and Abilities
Invisible Torture: Plague grabs hold of the opponent neck and puts his wing in front of the camera. The Opponent howls in pain and the moment plague lets go the poor victim collapses defeated. This move only works on pleople with +5 strength. This only a finisher and does not result in auto defeat.
Pure Carbon: Since Plague's power is in his wings many foes attack his wings. However His wings are bulletproof. Any one stupid enough to try to cut his wings with a blade will be holding a broken weapon.
Switch Powers: This ability increases Plague's Strength at the cost of his speed.
Fear Manipulation:Plague's Last Resort. The ability is activated when Plague is bet up really bad. Plague glares at the enemy and the next second the poor RHG is trying to kill himself.(This attack is not allowed to be utilized by anyone who is fighting Plague. Only the creator of Plague is allowed this move.
Paths of Infestar:Infestar stands for Plague.Plague throws on of blades. The blade transform into grey stickmen who weield various weapons and have certain abilities to which his opponents are weak to.(Can only be performed when battle is half over.
Weakness
1. Any one who has a goofy personality can catch Plague off guard.
2. Balanced RHGs can take advantage of Plague's lack of physical strength.
3. Invisible Torture can only work against people who have a lot physical strength.
Story
Plague was once a man named Dr. Gray who used to teach Mutational Sciences. He was a test subject to test a mutational serum. He broke out and killed everyone in a mile radius. He found people like him in RHG battle zone and Stayed.
Appearance
Plague has green body and jet black wings with a single blade protruting from his arm.
