Nice dude make the footing right like a real human and make more frames if u use a slow frame rate (7 to 19) then increase the frame rate and make more frames and less movements to show speed and less frames and more movements to show more speed

what fps did you use i recommend you watch an easing tutorial keep practising

also was the black one meant to be blocking if so thumbs up for that because barely anyone animates a stick figure blocking
