Considering that the recruitment would be directed towards something like a production, the Upcoming Works In Progress thread would bemy safest bet, considering that the thing you want to recruit people to is something in the works.

If what I described isn't what you're going for Evax, you can explain some more about why you wish to recruit some folks in this thread. What I said was just an assumption. :D
