The Armless Warrior

Story
Cy once had arms back when he was a socially awkward teenage orphan who spent all his free time reading comic book hero stories, watching martial art videos and desperately trying to imitate the styles which never paid off being bullied by older and much tougher orphans.
Unable to stand up for himself, Cy flees the orphanage from his tormentors to a harsh life on the streets, which proved too much causing Cy to hate the world and everyone who inhabit it.
After spending two years living on the streets, stealing money and food to survive, every day was a step into darkness. At the age of eighteen, overwhelmed and barely holding on, Cy is brought to his feet by a blind elderly man passing by who stumbled onto him by accident. They exchange words and Cy tells the blind elderly man his life story. No longer wanting to live such a senile lifestyle, Cy finds refuge living with and caring for the blind elderly man. Both living in darkness manage to find one another.
A year later, the blind elderly man becomes ill and on his death bed hands Cy a plane ticket making him promise to take the trip that they have planned on taking to The Temple of Warriors. After a week the elderly man soon passes away and, as promised, Cy takes the trip.
While on the plane a deranged man with C4 strapped to his chest threatens to detonate himself blowing up the plane and everyone on it. Having so much to live for from a second chance from the blind elderly man, Cy waits as the derange man walks pass his aisle and springs into action grabbing a hold to the hand detonator as he and the derange man struggle for control of the situation.
Cy start to remember all the martial art movies, doing whatever he could to survive. As they fight they slam into the airplane door releasing the lock lever and both are ejected from the plane while still holding on to one another. Cy uses all his might and kicks off of the derange man creating distance between them. Then the derange man releases the trigger and explodes taking no one but himself in the blaze. As Cy was falling back to earth, he spots the plane slowly descending for an emergency landing. Although he knows his death is inevitable, Cy can’t help but to focus on the warmth in his heart for saving so many lives.
Out of nowhere a black headband soars towards Cyriztz and hovers above Cy’s body allowing him to capture it. As Cy grabs the headband he’s instantly drawn into an inner body meditation state where he’s confronted by the voice of a spirit. The spirit tells Cy where it came from and that it has chosen him for his courage. The spirit also tells Cy that if he chooses to accept it, by placing it his forehead, it will not only save his life, but come at one last sacrifice……
As Cy opens his eyes, he’s no longer free falling but standing in front of the real Temple of Warriors. With the headband wrapped around his forehead, Cy can’t believe his eyes when he sees the blind elderly old man walking down the steps from the temple with a blue headband around his forehead. He quickly raises his arms to wave but notices that something wasn’t quite right. Cy comes to the realization that his arms were the sacrifice! As the blind elderly man approaches him, Cy drops down crying not because he lost his arms but how filled with joy he was. The blind elderly man once again brings Cy to his feet, as smiles brighten both they’re faces, he tells Cy “If you’re ready it’s time for your training.”
Four years later, after training alongside with the blind elderly old man during immense meditations, spars, and traveling place to place finding respect in mutual spar battles with masters of unique powers/skills. All while defending himself from those who try to rid him of his headband. Cyriztz vows to be the next Temple Warrior.
So began The Armless Warrior.
Weapons & Abilities
Headband:
“Sas Efharisto” Cyriztz has a unique close & long range headband with a mind and spirit of its own, bonded with Cy’s nerve system it’s able to correspond with Cy creating an ultimate Tag-Team alliance. While engaged in a battle Sas Efharisto is able to extend parts of the headband to act as a grappler. It plays another crucial role at aiding Cy in battle, feeding information being able to see a full 360 surrounding the headband it literally puts eyes in the back of Cy’s head.
Gift Of Wind:
Sas Efharisto gave Cy the ability to manipulate wind, therefore allowing Cyriztz to create burst of powerful bone shattering wind blast from his kicks. Cy can create wind slices to cut through flesh. Cy is able to fly, ride, jump, and float off of wind.
Kunai:
Strapped to Cyriztz's leg a close range combat weapon of choice a Japanese tool multi-functional kunai. The ring shaped handle is ideal for “Sas Efharisto” to attach and propel the kunai at enemy targets out of range, cutting through flesh, inflicting damage while being able to dismount safety back to Cy.
Unleash:
Unleashing Sas Efharisto (Cy's Headband Spirit). Cy goes into a self-mediated induce consciousness to build internal energy to boost his endurance, allowing Sas Efharisto see from his eyes and take control of Cy's Physical body. After a successful trade, Sas Efharisto transfers all pass knowledge of fighting style and wisdom into Cy's physical body becoming in entirely new wise fighter. A heavy pressure wind aura will cloak Cy's body.
Weakness:
Cyriztz has no arms, so he’s unable to block many high attacks. Cy is limited to a few options of counter, he must strike fast and hard or suffer defeat during defense. Powerful blows can penetrate Cy's wind aura cloak rendering it useless. Fire users can burn Cy's extended headband parts to ash, so its a huge weakness to his headband/himself
