Hey guys, I've been playing stickwars for a few weeks and I think it's great however, I find myself frustrated beyond belief when my guys don't do what I want them to. If I have multiple magikills, I should be able to spam electric wall by double clicking one and then pressing e right click multiple times. This works when I'm playing myself but seldom works against other people. I might get one off then I loose the control of my magikill so I frantically double click to no avail. Nothing. Will not select. Then when it finally does I press e and again Nothing. Also, several times I have shinobied about two times and then for the life of me I can't get shinobied a third time right when I need it. Cooldown will be finished, but again NO shinoby. Is there something I'm missing?

This is what separates us Top 100 members from you guys. Micro is important to learn. You cant just expect the mages to just do that... I bet you prob liked the auto-mine as well.
Honestly, watch kiting be added next. -_-"

This is what separates people who can read from the idiots who can't.
And in response to th OP spells are cast with the left mouse, not the right one. If that was just a typo though, then the problem is probably lag. in a lagless game you should be able to rspid fire multiple spells within moments of each other.

I'm sorry but if I must be honest, if I had the ability to plan out spells before one casts (rapidly) I would probably be able to dominate shit with 3mages minimum ;p
Then again...
It is something that should be allowed, tbh I just wish they made it like the marrowkai.
See if you double click six mages and plan out six different spells while they are all walking to the cast-planned area, only one spell will be done.
but if you plotted six hell fists in an area while all the marrows are walking together to that area, once they all reach the area they will all cast at once.

Wow, I thought this thread was going to be ignored so I hadn't been checking it. Thanks for the response guys. Oh and to Buddy lucky, I never said anything about running out with a pre programmed set of spells. I'm just talking about rapid firing. I just assumed you guys would already be aware of how everything works so I didn't get into to to much detail.
To jerrytt, I'm pretty sure I'm pressing the correct mouse key as I usually cast a practice spell. I think the problem lies in that if you click twice you then loose control of the magis. So it could be just me being jumpy or a slight lag right when I try to cast the next spell so I essentially press left click twice and wallah drop my magis. The thing is in the heat of the battle, I try to go so fast to get a huge chaotic effect so it is hard to know where to hide.

Burn bitch, burn. And you pretty much got it, Nosetotail. I think you clicked too much, and leading you to lose control of the mages.

If anyone else would be so kind, I have another noobie question so I'll keep it in my noobie thread. I've searched and searched for this answer so forgive me.
How do you micro the archer so that he is running away while turning and shooting without missing a step. I've tried clicking a fallback position and then clicking S and immediately clicking another fallback but my archers stop momentarily is there another technique that allows the archer to turn and shoot without missing a beat.
Yeah, I said micro.

Well, that's the 'G' button. It's the same on how you use the 'S' button as well.

Yup, you use the g key, and use the "fall back position" then wait for the reload then use g again. note you have to move the archer even after you press g because otherwise it wont reload.
Usually using S is also fine in most situations, but it's effectiveness is largely affected by lag.
Nov 3, 2013 4:53 PM #1102046
Oh. I'll have to try that. Thanks.
Hey Maxchiang, is this Kiting?
Alright. I got it. I had tried G before but all my guy did was turn around. You have to add a fallback click to get his bow in the firing position. Otherwise he just turns around with his bow pointed to the ground. Thanks.
