Not sure if I believe you considering the fact that several members of ZB released their collab parts a while ago. I'm pretty sure I had a conversation with Tentionmaru as well and he said it wasn't going to happen.

Of course state of Burnt Offerings is hard, but it doesn't mean that will be dead. If parts wouldn't be finished soon, active members will finish it by theirselves.

I don't know, that just feels like it defeats the purpose to me, releasing their parts of the collab separately instead of compiling them. Another "burnt offerings" might happen, yes, but it wouldn't be the same as it was going to be unless they decide to rerelease parts they already made and released...? A whole new collab would seem more appropriate to me, although it would be best to keep the same theme as to not disappoint the people that were expecting their RHG's to be animated.

I know, that release parts in collab, which was relased separately is weird, but it still better, than disappoint people who was expecting their RHG be animated. So, we should end it as soon as it possible. We just can't make some members to end their parts. That's why we can't finish our collab so long. We are trying to do something with this.
