SSJ I don't rip Terkoiz moves off. Although, I can admit that he inspires me to death and I do at times do simular looking moves. But I don't rip them off and do them fbf.

Yea that's what I mean <3 although its the same to me. I guess, since you still kinda TAKE the move if you watch it fbf then do it, instead of direcly copying it <3 but yea more seem to do it =| (EXCEPT ME >:C) well maybe ones, well actually never >_> I think..

Terkoiz isn't even that amazing. He's just an animator that uses stickfigures, text speech over the heads, and smooth motions. Even if this was worthy of copying, I wouldn't care if every single person who uses flash animated just like him.

I hate it so much when people tell other people to get their own style. This is a statement assuming that the subject is stealing. You cannot steal ideas when they are not protected in any way. You can never own a style, or expect people to emulate you in any way, when you show your work to thousands of people, especially when it is such a simple style that loads of people used before him.

Strills, you are not guilty of anything except idiocy if you think you're copying from someone when you're just animating stickfigures. Don't think you've copied, or anything like that, because if you think so it's probably just a bit of emulation through inspiration, and everyone who does anything is guilty of that. I was inspired by krinkels, stuff, frozenphoenix, the guy who made killing spree, and Adam Philips, and all of my work reflects that, being a mesh of every movie I've seen and the things I've learned from them applying to my flashes.

Now onto your animation:
1st one:
There is resizing on the first stickfigure when he bends down, as well as the last black stickfigure on the landing on the head. If you slowed everything down it would look much better, especially with the first bit of air-hitting. Other than that, it was good quality.

2nd one:
Again, effortless trained combat guards never amuse people. Possibly get creative with what you do with these drones and you'll have a more interesting animation. What you plan to animate is much more important than how smooth your movie is or how nice looking it is. A creative movie will beat Shock any day... That's right I said it.

I Love how lixu says "if you use terkoizes stick style + his moves, it looks like a TOTAL terkoiz ripp off" its not like Terkoiz has a trademark for the way his sticks move in the animations and what they look like. Pretty much all stick figure movies are recreations of old styles done in different ways to spice things up.

Some movements weren't that fluid, but I still love it.

The green particles weren't your best, but that blood was excellent; the easing and application of gravity was very good.

You're a tad bit rusty, but still good.

who isn't inspired by terkoiz? He's a good animator with a nice style. the black and white backgrounds are just typical simplicity and it makes it easier to see the stick figures.

Yea I am kinda rusty. Been playing too much ssbb lately - it got out shitlate in sweden :O

@Kitsune: I'll try involve the guards sticks a little more in upcoming animations.
