What if the opponent relies on his weapon? Or the ability is menial, like "Read the wRHG profile of her opponent."?

I think I wrote that he can produce weapons out of his sleeves. As for mind readers,he can also do the same and read their weaknesses. I don't see how that's a problem.

Edit: I got it wrong. You wrote menial rather than mental, which I assume refers to your new idea. Well, that's also no problem. He can have an accounting competition or provide a more detailed profile of his opponent than his opponent has of him. His point isn't that he's better in a fight. Its that he's better than you at whatever you are best at.

As far as he's concerned, you could challenge him to a chess competition or a fight or a session of MarioKart or a maths Olympic and it would all be the same.

Okay, so, I think that those two idea would go well together, like instead of having them just control smoke, have the amulet give them the ability to control smoke, that's just my personal take on that idea
