Look at Terkoiz's Best Sequence Execution Version 4 Round 1 (in short, BSE V4 R1) and learn ! Or look at Resh's Dark vs Ice. On youtube his name is jeffreyxu or something like that.

Or you can search up on google some pictures of ice and try to imitate them on flash. And do what Ikarhan said, watching others animating ice helps a lot.

The last alien I talked to said you mix two parts ammonia with 3 parts vinegar and distill it in a ecordorlite vacuum chamber and put it in the fridge overnight.
However be careful if you have a flux capacitor in your house as this creates neron radiation which will make you pee the bed at night.
