When you make a stick, do you use the line tool or do you draw? It is a poll and my question, 'cuz either way is just fine.

I haven't tried the line tool, yet...

Same with Sarx.

Use the brush tool if you're okay with it. (But if not, try the line tool. It's actually more easy to draw stickfigure with the line tool imo)

I may be easier, but is it flexible? Do punches go POW or 'I stepped forwards and tapped you; you went backwards'

Use brush for fast pace actions, lines for cinematic styles.
That's my opinion.

Also lessen those unnecessary typo, you can just edit it :I.

So I should use brush for stuff like hyun's yoyo vs fflffl and lines for something like Breaking Rust?

You still "draw" with the line tool, just that it has a different way to be input compared to brush. It's your own preference, I use both tools but mostly line for sticks now. Brush is just kinda sloppy for me.

If its Breaking Rust put your brush tool smoothing to zero.

Can we just get one of these threads and sticky it so that a new one isn't made every month?

It's futile to do that Zed
More will still do that.
Besides, we have a Chat Thread.

Anyways, for big animations, I use the line tool. Much likely imo to be faster and easier, but it will somehwat ruin the posture of the stick figures.
For a newbie like you, just go experiment things.

Use whatever fits your style more. We can't decide how to animate your anims, just pick whatever you feel more comfortable with and animate with that.

Line and brush tools are good to animate, it is up to you which one will you pick in the end.
