Unless your characters fight together as a single unit in every RHG battle, then they are considered two separate RHG characters and that's not allowed. In that sense you should only have one set of points and the availability status should apply to both characters, because they're essentially still one RHG

Also, your page is honestly a mess. Even though it follows all of the rules, it barely does so. I'm not going to lock your thread, so I suggest you take the opportunity to organize your thread
