Scince I shair my dad's computer, I CAN'T DOWNLOAD PROGRAMS without his permition. And scince my dad HATES computers, (Because of his former job) I never bring anything like that up.

How about a sequence of screenshots showing each step? The printscreen key will do. It's above the mass of keys above the arrow keys, just press it and paste it into another seperate window of paint.
