yeah, the first picture is terrible, needs more shading, stick figure is in a terrible position, ugly fire. and not only is "I am limited to ms paint" an excuse for bad art (not saying you used it that way), but you are not limited to ms paint. gimp shop is free, open canvas is free, and I'm sure there are plenty other free programs better than paint available.

@ FYFY: I know the first one sucked, But I kind of liked the fire... alwell. Also, I know those programs are free, but I can't download programs without my fasha's permition. (He's a bit obsessed with security, but... better safe than sorry right?) And he's not around a lot.

Download the files at school or something then just install it.

Might get in truble, besides, I'm fine with paint for now. :)

post your stuff there if you want real help with pixel art. they'll give you good critique and it'll really improve your skill level.
edit: don't worry about other programs either, mspaint has everything you need for pixel art. if you pm me I can give you a program to convert bmps from paint to quality gifs, with the option of saving with transparent bgs too.
edit2: I just looked through some of your stuff, you have potential but you really have to clean up your lines, and learn to aa. and watch out some of your stuff looks pillow shaded, try to stay away from that.

The new one is nice, although it looks a bit rubbery and a bit like plasticine.

Great signature. Simplistic images, but the style is nice. I like the sad skull and your avatar, though I have to say neither of them look natural. The last image is odd. The shading is done well, the feet are weird to look at.
