I'm participating in this little event on tumblr called POKEDDEXY, or Pokemon On Kommand Every Day in December Encompassing X and Y, and I thought I'd share them on here!

Basically, I'll be speedpainting my fav pokemon of each type for every day of december, according to this chart: THE CHART

I'll spend anywhere from 10 minutes to almost an hour speedpainting each one, so expect the quality to vary depending on how much time I have at my disposal. Life events may crop up as well, forcing me to skip a day or two here and there. With that, enjoy!

Day 1: Favorite Bug Type

I chose Butterfree because A: that face and B: I went through plenty of battles with my butterfree on the front lines, and he did his job well!
This one took around 30-40 minutes to speedpaint.

The legs seem a little weird though.

One antenna is bigger than the other. That's the only real issue I can actually point out from first glance.
