Closest I got to a penta kill was with mord... The enemy team was all AD with a ap support so I built full armor with health... 4k health I went against the enemy team solo (I asked to) and I killed 4 of them (slaved the strongest on their team and of course I gain stats and get an ally) the 5th one ended with 400 health... Took 25 seconds for me to die (look at death report and it says the time it took) not going to lie though I was fed though do to the fact they couldn't kill me with an all armor health build when they full AD

I got a quad on support Leona a month or so ago. I have no idea how, I was just auto attacking lol. Good guy Garen stole my penta though :(

I ended up getting a penta as support thresh. That being said, we lost since I did no damage...

They should give him a proper one, like twitch and karthus.

Got a Penta the other day with MF. No ult was used, and it was right in front of the nexus before we won. I almost died at the end, i had like 40 health left.

It's like I can hear them clenching their jaws and mouse in frustration. I love how you can tell from their movements that they're livid and it's especially cute when they try and focus me and I kill their whole team.

That annoying moment when ur almost dead, and a god damn blitzcrank that's brushcamping uses that hook on you....
