Alright, so...
- the black vignette shadow thing doesn't look the best, instead of "adding shade" around the ball, I personally think that doing the opposite perspective by using a glow around the ball and a darker background would look better
- I don't know if the stop-to-charge-then-attack look was the one that you were going for, but I think that the animation could be made smoother by doing at least some (even a little) movement during the charge on both the black and the red stick figures (especially on the red one during the second charge, I mean, he supposedly just got hit by a charged punch, you would think that he would be knocked back farther/faster) would make it flow better
- sounds sound good lol

The slow motion isn't the best.
It looks weird when the stick figures just suddenly stop.

it looks strange how the sticks just stop you should of used tweening

doesn't look very smooth... you should not make them look like robots, make them have real movements.
