MSPaint:
kai, my plan for this is... I'm gonna have two MSPaint windows open, one behind the other, I'll use a transparency program on the front window and use the back window as an onion skin type thing, I'll then use pivot to compile all the frames... for example:

crappiest animation evar, I know, but it's just a test... It's also at speed 10
I think this is pretty do-able...
Screw it... Facebook Compilation!

View Profile sonics left shoulder overlaps his face for some reason but other than that these are pretty good if your just going from MEMORY

View Profile It's supposed to overlap his face because he is stretching his arm out in front of him, The sonic x animations are done using seperate assets, they have a new layer for every limb meaning that things will overlap. :D thanks for the comment though... Ps, i used a reference for the folds on the gloves, but yes, the rest is from memory (loved sonic since i was 5 lol)

View Profile The thick and sharp outlines and soft shading I don't think go together. In what software did you create these?

View Profile I see what you're going for, but that isn't that best way to do it.
If you're trying to use a sharper vector based program for outlines, I'd recommend you use Flash (if you have it, that is).
