Nice, a lot better than my first animation. I cant say much 'cause im not that well off myself, but i would work on smoothing and then arm movements on the run. Good Job Either way!

Walk is perfect

Running needs smooth. two more frames is enough. When it went away to the right, seems it is sliding its feet on the ground, Make it going faster.

The walk was horrible. It had to easing and is way too stiff
