Jombo what are the new differences between AOE2 and HD aside from the new expansion and updated graphics?

Fuck, that IS worth it. I gotta wonder though if The Forgotten can be used on the old non-HD Aoe2.

Makes sense. I just read that the Forgotten was a Mod turned expansion. So I guess if I wanted The Forgotten on my existing AOE2 I just need to find the mod :D

Not too long ago I found myself bored in my dorm while my roommate was out. I decided to see what games he might've had stocked up that I could maybe play campaign through. I came across Dishonored and decided to try it out. No joke, 5 minutes into it I turned off the game. Listen if that's what quality the gaming community will accept in buying, then I could be fucking rich as a VG creator.

The only worthy GC Games

Oh you better follow this up with something good, nigger

are Smash Melee, Mario Party 6 (which is the best MP of all time), Metroid Fusion 1 and 2, Mario Tennis, and Double Dash.

Metroid Fusion, really? That's a GBA game, you mean Prime.
Also, no Pikmin 1 and 2? No Animal Crossing? No F-Zero GX? No Tales of Symphonia? No Beyond Good and Evil? No Wind Waker? No Twilight Princess? No Zelda Collector's Edition? No Mario Party 4, 5 or 7? No Super Mario Strikers? No Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance? No Timesplitters? No Lego Star Wars games? No Harry Potter games? No Need for Speed Underground 2?

The fuck is wrong with you, did you grow up with PS2 or something?

Sunshine is incredibly hard and frustrating. The Fludd element certainly wasn't enjoyable at all. You get out. It's a good thing they rectified the platforming frustrations of that game when they made Galaxy and eventually Galaxy 2.

Are.. Are you trolling?
I mean shit, as a platformer, Sunshine is the lowest in the 3D mario series, sure. But as a game it's awesome and it isn't hard or frustrating AT ALL.

And back to gamecube games, I think Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is probably one of my favorite games of all times. It's fucking timeless.

I loved almost everything about it.

Paper mario was the second RPG I ever played. Is a pretty damn entertaining game..... and I'm gonna play it again.

I've never played any SSX but I just recently saw gameplay of the All Peak Run in SSX3 and it looks sooooooo fun. That's the only reason I want that game, to go down every single stage in one continuous run. I wish SSX for PS3 had something similar :(

I used to play Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarding which was pretty fun.

Also I'm getting Age of Empires 2 HD + The Forgotten Expansion for Christmas. I heard it has good multiplayer support so lets get a group game going for the people that have it!

SSX 3 was/is pretty awesome. The All Peak Run is definitely one of the highlights of the game, I'd definitely recommend getting it on at least emulator. If my PS2 was still working I'd be playing it all the time.
Side Note: I didn't care for the new SSX.

I started playing that game during the summer on my emulator. It's a really fun game, but I still haven't beat it yet.
Plus I don't play RPGs that much besides Pokemon.

I mean shit, as a platformer, Sunshine is the lowest in the 3D mario series, sure. But as a game it's awesome and it isn't hard or frustrating AT ALL.

- I misspelled Metroid Prime okay? I meant Metroid Prime. Not to say Fusion was bad too, but Prime was tops.

- I played BGaE on the PS2 so I enjoyed it there.

- My favorite Zelda game is Skyward Sword/Twilight Princess...on the WII. Screw the Collector's Edition.

- MP 6 is the BEST because it is the most balanced, least luck-based of the saga that doesn't reuse games and doesn't have a gay premise like the Cruise Ship of MP7 and the Carnival of MP8. I mean, the freaking sun and moon were FIGHTING. How badass is that.

- Super Strikers is broken. It might be kickass but seriously, 70% of the game is focused on knocking your opponent to the electrified walls so you can score easy. The Wii sendup was a little better but not really by much.

- Fuck Fire Emblem. They're responsible for killing off its only competition: the superior Advance Wars Series. Seriously, I've said it before and I'll say it again: every game is repetitive as hell, with archaic mechanics and a cliche'd storyline. I would rather grind on Disgaea's 999-floor item worlds than play a Fire Emblem game for all eternity.

- Timesplitters no arguments there. But hey let's face it, you only ever play that game for the kickass multiplayer or to play the co-op campaign ONCE and that's it. I'm all for a 4th game though and I really like it and I hope its multiplayer capability will always include offline play. The devs do it like no one else.

- LEGO Games I love. but I played them on the PS2 and by far the best is LEGO Batman 1 on the PS2, LEGO Pirates of the Carrib on the PS3 and Wii, and LEGO LOTR on the PS3. Fuck Star Wars so overrated. I know that's where it all began but fuck there are so much better LEGO games with more creative level design and Star Wars despite boasting the ability to play all 6 eps is just more of the same repetitive shit with a few podracing/xwingfighter/tiefighter bullshit in between.

- HP is gay. Even its LEGO version was gay. ALSO DUMBLEDORE DIES OLOLOLOLOL

- I hate racing fuck you

- And Sunshine is fiendishly hard compared to 64 and Galaxy. Cmon.

Anyone heard of the 3DS game Bravely Default? It's notorious for its really hard bosses, and I just love games that challenge you and make you rage and I really want to get it. Would it be worth it y/n?

At the start of the campaign the concepts and scenery seemed awesome and would provide some badass settings. However, all of that was ruined by character dialogue and this terribly exasperated use of having this speechless protagonist. The combat system seemed to be a simple give you a gun and a sword so it looks like you have awesome capabilities in comparison to any other first person game out there but it's really just them flinging enemies at you and mowing them down. Maybe my opinion might not be justified considering I didn't give the game much of a chance, but there was a reason for that.

Also I checked out Antichamber. This is awesome. I'm gonna show this to my friend and freak him out.
