She started running as fast as she could, trying to escape anything that's behind her. Only to smash face front to a group of armored men.

Technically, that whole tunnel thing got retconned(unwritten) so you are with Stefan and the Anti Demon Corps waiting for reinforcements to take you to the survivor camp.
Sadaharu is with the Captain.

It depends on the personality of the Demon and weather or not you have captured them

Running around the alley ways, Sadaharu knew well enough how to lose his pursuers, that and he had a good idea where he could find Rana based on where they were at.

#I don't really know what your getting at. Nobody is pursuing Sadaharu, they were just going to send him back with the reinforcements. Also since they are the ones tracking Rana since they are going to place the Class 1 used to be, Sadaharu definitely wouldn't know where Rana is.
