Phlux has Pulse Hands and Pure Speed (only achieved with rapid pulsing). His agility is hard to match with Pulses from his arms boosting him.
WEAKNESSES
The pulse of his heart powers his hands.
With every pulse he emits, his heart grows weaker. He can only recover overtime. He is also a normal human. Thus, having human weaknesses.[/CENTER]STORY
At a young age he learned he could emit
pulses through his hands. Not knowing his heart powered the pulses, he kept using them to punch walls, jump higher and just having fun. One day, He emitted a giant pulse to get ontop of a building. When he reached the top he felt weak. He discovered what powered the pulses. From that day, he trains and practices emitting controlled pulses. Over time he would also learn how to fight. Now, he is a fighter in the RHG Universe determined to be on top! (Corny fucking story.)DEMO
