No. It needs a mouse to play.

You can play it only on the computer.

If it doesn't have a keyboard and a mouse with right and left click, you probably can't play any flash game on it.

You may be able to use an external controller, if your tablet is compatible.

I played it on a surface pro 3. I guess It's just a pc with a touchpad and a special pen
