Nice and smooth. But don't put too many easing on the punch & kick and it will look more powerful.

1 more thing. Let it flow, don't make it stop after a punch and kick. Let his leg and body move

It's a step in the right direction, but there's still a 'stiffness on a whole' feeling. I suggest you start working on flow on a larger scale, making the whole body move along with the limbs. Also, you could reduce easing to add extra force to a motion.

this was a huge jump from being so speedy you cant even see what the stick is doing to easing and smoothness :D
there was just a bit of stiffness because the other leg didn't move and when you were moving the arms for the punch you can see that they slow down and speed up a little bit in the process but over all it was a good improvement

1st punch, try to make the arm go back instead of over. Uppercut, make him do a tiny crouch then do a hop while he punches:Shoryuken Kick, the leg on the ground should move back because the kick is going forwards, moving the body, making the stick's ground leg move back and stay on the ground.
