ok, I see that this one of your first animations, so let me help you out so you can become better :)

The things you were able to do good:

You were able to do good anticipation when the blue stick fig prepares to jump
You were able to use basic filters to enhance an attack
you have a basic understanding on how to animate electricity
you were able to animate a decent run loop

The things you have to improve on

Your run loop did not look quite right

This reference picture should help you make your run loops better

If you want more help doing run loops, watch this video

The jump shouldn't be a rotation, unless he is doing a flip

Take the olympic long jump for example, they don't have any rotation-like movement at all.

This guide can help you do jumps more properly

If it doesn't help, Hyun did a good tutorial on it.

The fight was WAY too quick

I'm not sure if you were trying to achieve Jomm's fast pace fights or not, but even Jomm needs to make it smooth to an extent. You need to add much more inbetween frames to make it more smoother and double frames for anticipation and easing (double framing for easing can be an option. Animators like Tatel and Leo4life don't double frame)

Use more easing on the smoke ( AND don't get into the habit of doing lazy smoke. Even though you didn't do it in your anim, don't.)

Try to look at miccool's smoke and other animators' smoke, and you can see that they always ease it out before fading it away. Also, do not get into the habit of doing lazy smoke. Although it is quick and easy, it is very lazy.

For your first attemps of doing this, it's quite good. Just do more practice and watch more tutorials and you'll get better!

Dat CnC XD

Did you draw those reference images by yourself?

EDIT: Can't say anything about the anim that wasn't already said by SSB. Although, what was the thing that your RHG got stuck on?
