I never got out much and played with the other kids when I was young...

The Collier's Encyclopedia (I have 24 books of them)
The Science Library
Two-Can Encyclopedia
Uncle Arthur's Best Stories

ABNKKBSNPLAko by "Bob Ong"
Pugad Baboy 3, 6, 9 by Pol Medina Jr.
Ang mga Kwento ni Lola Basyang (A compilation)
(2 other books I forgot the title of)

Soviet Military Power: 4th Edition by (presumably) the US Government

I don't know how my father got a hold of it, but I can't find it in the house anymore since 2010.

1984, by George Orwell, is definitely one of my favorite reads I've gotten the ability to finish.

I'd also like to say the same for Hatchet and Dogsong, both by Gary Paulsen, which are both lovable books.

Also fond of the short story Harrison Bergeron, by Kurt Vonnegut. They're all great, and I have a love for each!

The Dune Trilogy by Frank Herbert
Great Science-Fiction Trilogy. It's not the hardest book I've read, but it was extremely well-designed and written.

Animal Farm by George Orwell
Animal Farm is my favorite satirical novel. For those of you haven't heard of it, it's a book depicting the flaws of Communism.

A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess
On a more morbid note, this was also a good book. It wasn't the most entertaining, and it's a difficult read, but it does present a number of moral dilemmas that make you think. Also, this book might screw you up if you're not very matured yet.

Really? You love the novel more than the manga?

We have a true reader here

Oh you mean manga count too? I admit I enjoyed the manga more than the book.

Hercule Poirot series, (Especially Curtain, Cat Among the Pigeons, Hercule Poirot's Christmas, and Cards on the Table.)
Secrets of the Immortal Series.
Artemis Fowl Series.
Perks of being a Wallflower.
Bartimaeus Trilogy.

Edit: But even so, the best book I remember is Rabbit and the Turtle. I don't know why.

Have you finished the Series? Both have just recently released their final ones.

Not really. I'm in Book 6 in Artemis Fowl, and Book 3 in the Immortal. So far, they don't dissapoint me.

-Shauzia: A novel about the adventure of a poor indian girl. It was my favorite book in primary school.
-The Simple Gift: A novel about the adventure of a runaway white boy. Part of my highschool reading list, and I have to admit, them teachers pick some good ones. As you guys can see, I have some kind of attraction towards the theme of homelessness. If you guys got any recommendations, please!
-The Crucible: If you want something to piss you right the fuck off, or you want a reason to despise religious bigots, I recommend you read this. Another book(play) that I enjoyed from my highschool reading list.
-A Song of Ice and Fire series: Yes, I know. Surprising choice. I was never one to get into series. Hell, I never touched a Harry Potter novel. But after watching that show and a visit to Costco with a fake ID, I made an effort to read it all. One of the few books that had an emotional impact on me.

Artemis Fowl Series.

I heard that the Artemis Fowl fandom hasn't been made yet. Arty is quite good.
