It's okay, I see you are going for a more realistic / cartoony look.
The gap from the thumb makes it look a bit funky, and the end of the thumb is in a unnatural position. Try remembering where the bones are ( use straight line

Looks somewhat alright. My only complain is the deformed thumb: To make it short to you, just compare the drawing to your own hand and spot the differences. Actualy, either you redo the BG or the hand because the angles are plain dead. When drawing anything, try to create guidelines to see where should everything be placed, unless you have 30 years of experience.

The thumb is curving in a very unnatural way, one that would brake the persons thumb. There is a abnormal space between the fingers and the thumb. The issue is anatomy, but I think the root problem has been bad referencing. Did you take a picture of your hand? Did you keep your hand there as you went? If the second choice, I strongly recommend you do not do that. Also, it seems you haven't planned the drawings out with any guidelines or anything. Even when referencing something, this a crucial part of the artwork. A tip for hands is to wear thin gloves, as they create a more clear shape to reference from.

i've been practicing with anatomy so i'm a novice at it. with this i plan to go in and fix it and edit. next time i will use guidelines next time. the way i was had my hand position before i took the picture really threw me off
