In my honest opinion, this could work. It won't be as popular as the Norma rhg section ofcourse, but it could be placed somewhere along the lines as a whole new thread, just look at wRHG. I don't write, so I don't go near that place(though I actually do write). Filmmaking is not for everyone, just as animation isn't for everyone. You never know how many filmmakers may be on this site, especially since it's a growing community by year. It would be set up just as the rhg and wRHG section, just video based. Personally, I'd call it vRHG. Good luck on your idea.

Edit: Btw, you guys seem to underestimate cgi, RHG is more possible in videos than you guys may think. Filmmaking isn't just the process of shooting a film, it also the editing(making).

Have you looked at my post?

I don't like seeing films of rhg battles, but I like seeing a movie about it, unless it's made by Disney or Universal Studios or some expert movie company.

Thing is, you have to consider real life situations. Like, how can I throw a yoyo at your face? I can barely even make a yoyo trick. Or, where can I find some nun- chuck expert to fight me?

Rhgs were meant to be animated, that's why it looks x10 better than filming it, and you know, all the moves RHGs use are quite impossible to do irl.

Yes, cgi, you can do realistic effects in there. But, can WE, RHG owners, even fight like our rhgs? We made them powerful, but can we imitate them? You can't easily find some karate master to mascot your rhg.

And besides, this is already done. I think you bumped this, this thread's been 9 days old.

It was one of the recents for me in the general forum, so I decided to give it a looksie, and I'm not bumping it for the effort of bumping it, I bumped it because I agreed it was a good idea.

Also if you've ever dabbed into filmmaking as I have, you'd know even the most hardest of human movements such as falling from high locations or taking a hot can be realistically emulated without wires or cables now easily. And oh please, spare the martial arts crap for someone else, you obviously underestimate non-profit filming.
