Not bad. Kind of cartoony.
The neck looks like it grows from a wrong place, btw. The hand`s weird. Try constructing bodies, not only drawing outlines. And draw more! You can use posemaniacs for practicing, that`s what I personally do now.

Then pay attention to drawing hands .3. Practice makes perfect.
By the way, did you use any tutorials to draw the body?

And also, the second drawing is OK, but I personally don`t like just heads floating in the void. Also, the face proportions seem strange. You are not bad, but you have mistakes to work with.

nope. no tutorials were used for that drawing. just my head, and the second drawing is a speed drawing kinda so proportions are defiantly off XD.
