The whole thing needs more frames. After the first punch it's as if he stops moving instead of easing into the next movement. Same with the movements into the stick, try to make sure your easing somewhat goes into the next move you're trying to accomplish so that it'll all flow together. The poses look kewl, reminds me of myself lol. Anyways keep up the good practice, you got this manyge.
