View Profile You seem to have some very serious issues with anatomy and proportion, especially facial features. To note a few:
The fourth woman has very wide shoulders, leading to her arms being seemingly detached, and also has very narrow hips. Following normal proportions the hips should approximately the same width as the shoulders. The last one has the same issue as well.
Arm lengths are different in most or all drawings
Wrong heights where the breasts start, and incorrect placement of the collarbones.
In addition, facial anatomy is warped in many places, especially the noses and lips. Head shapes aren't too stellar, either.
I would suggest you look up basic human proportion, and the Loomis method for drawing heads and mapping positions for facial features. It doesn't hurt to look at what you're drawing from time to time either; differing limb lengths are an easily made mistake, but are also easy to avoid by occasionally checking.

View Profile "Looks alright" is really subject to whatever standards you are using. I'm only here to tell you that you can improve, and which places seem to require the most attention at the moment. The best encouragement should be from the following improvement that you make, not from how good your work is or whether it met your expectations.
To add to that, here's a demonstration of the loomis method for drawing heads. There are other videos by the same person detailing other facial features, which you may want to look at as well.

This one details female proportion. You should be able to find other videos regarding anatomy from the same artist too.
