Backstory:
In the village of Resborn was happening an event known as "The Night of Choice" where one child was chosen and trained for years to represent his village. So after some time watching the children, they decided that Shinchan Resborn was chosen to fight for the village, so he was taken to the Temple of Music to learn the skills of musical combat. With the passing of years, he was learning to create musical notes, and learned that he could change them according to your imagination, but only once. So he chose the explosive side, decided to invest in Explosive Notes. He spent a few more years and a gang of evil doers Resborn invaded to loot it, that day, Shinchan thought he was ready to fight for his village and decided to confront looters. Defeated one by one and there he drew the conclusion that he was ready to win for his village, then left deciding all face of the world on behalf of Resborn
