If you hate annotated videos, turn back now, annotations will have to be enabled to get detail/context.
You may find these videos useful if:
1) You want to develop Flash games without owning any Flash Pro. creative suite / IDE.
2) You're more of an AS3 coder and the Flash IDE just gets in the way, and your graphics assets are made outside of Flash.
These first 4/10 videos total 40 minutes and will help you set up a 'basic' project that compiles and has room to expand in future videos. The entire series should total 10 videos when complete.

Contents and time-codes of each video in their descriptions.
WARNING: If you're used to Flash IDE you will probably find this method significantly more difficult. Movieclip and Timeline manipulation is non-existent, but I will be touching on sprite-sheets as an alternative for animations in a future video. There is no design-view, it's just code. Also, code designed for the Flash IDE may have to be massaged to be compatible with your project (not that I've run into any, but advertising APIs come to mind).
If you do watch, let me know if its helpful. Thanks;)
