How do I make my animation show up in my thread?

I need it so that rather than it just showing the link, it shows the actual picture, which type of wrapping do I need to use? stuff like that.

[*swf=URLHERE] height= HEIGHTHERE width = WIDTHHERE[/swf]

Or if its a gif, use [*img][/img]

remove the * and fill in the blanks.

If SWF make sure you use the direct link and not the view link.
