Have you guys seen Slush Invaders on Stickpage.com? How do you make that outline on the stickfigures? I use Flash.

Depends if you use the line tool or brush but basically its the same.
Grab the ink tool. The one inside the fill tool tab. Hold down your click on it.
pick a colour in the LINE section and make a thickness.
Select the fill you would like to make an outline for.
If your using line, Ensure you convert it to fills prior.
