Hey guys! i know this is a movie making site but i hope someone can help me with this problem too since it says "general help".

okay i'm having this problem where the only web browser i can surf the web with is firefox. it wont let me use internet explorer or safari. just firefox. everytime i try to go into a site from one of those browsers and it gives me that message saying that the address is currently unavailable and my internet might be unplugged which obviously is wrong because i'm in the internet right now =p. i cant even get into the itunes store on itunes.

if anyone can help me i will love them forever. if it helps you guys, my comp is running vista

Nevermind guys! i looked through the network settings a bit and found it was running the net from a proxy serveer instead of being connecting directly to the web =p. i unclicked that and its all good now. thanks to anyone who mightve helped though, lol!
