I'm logged on to two accounts at the same time. Isn't this supposed to not happen?

Check at the bottom. You should see both Face Plate and FBILOL on. If a mod were on, they'd see that they're both from the same IP.

Eh, you can do it easily using tabs.

no, if you were logged into an account on one tab, and another on the other tab, and you posted on either tab, you would just post as whatever account you logged onto last.
