I decided to check out a new program, Artrage 2.5.

It's only the free test version and the possibilites are kind of bounded but it's a nice version though. Very realistic painting!

but i also think the way you did the eye leaves something to be desired

Your proportions are way off. The ears should be lower, the nose is too big, and the eye is too far away from the nose.

I'm kind of dissapointed. This is definitely one of the worst things you have made. It's really messy, and doesn't have a whole lot of shape. Mabye if it was a little neater and a little more proportioned, it wouldn't look as bad. And like Jadony said the eye looks atrocious.
