HERE IT IS
So, to start i wanted to say i did this because, all of the people asking "where can i get flash for free"...well you cant get flash for free just thought i'd tell you.
But this is an almost exact copy of flash it has the same set-up, layout and tools. It is called Vectorian Giotto, yes vEctorian, Vectorian not Victorian, and not ghetto it is Giotto, now that that's out of the way, i wanted to say i had to do quite a bit of searching do find this Flash alternative, about two days, well two days i was on the computer i mean it equaled up to be about 42 hours i added up my history :D.
So i would say you could even quit flash and be COMPLETELY satisfied with it, it does not have everything but it gains back in stuff flash doesnt have.
P.S. I can post a few pictures if anyone would like :) .
An Alternative to Flash?

looks like an imitation of flash at best, but it provides a free alternative so that's cool too i guess.
like what exactly? i had a look through the features and couldn't find anything unique.
