I think you can't use the webcam when is a group chat on skype. We should just look into other chat websties, I can't remeber one that allowed you to chat with webcam and all and it was free.... I'll try to remember and do some research.

You have to be premium to hold a conference call on skype. So if anyone has a premium skype account he could do us the favor of doing it.
