Hypothetically, couldn't you have a little volume icon but in flash set it up when "On click play Can't Touch This" "On click stop Can't Touch This". I know you can make things move with a click, or highlight or whatever, so it seems like you could.

And a clan promo is made for the sake of advertising the clan, where as a collab is just the clan coming together for a project. A promo is a collab, but a specific kind of one.

Clan Promo's are just for the clan to promote themselves and show off their skills. Clan members only.

Clan Collabs are clan hosted collaborations with other animators.

You can as long as they do not autoplay, since the viewer should only hear sfx and music if they want to. Suddenly bombarding them with sound effects for simply viewing a forum is unfair on them.

The same reason as above. Autoplay music is even worse in sigs. I remember one member who had automusic in his sig at one time and constantly double-posted. It was miserable.

A clan promo is a clans way of showcasing themselves, like a trailer. Look at the Velox (not sure if I spelled that right) and Soldier promos. And a collaboration is demonstrating your clans teamwork, like a normal collab. The most famous examples are Zetabrand collaborations.
