Kaizen (改善?), Japanese for "improvement" or "change for the best" (from Wikipedia) I think it has nothing to do with the user. Welcome to the west and good luck!

the clan looks nice, but i think the tryout requirements are a bit much. I havent decided if i want to tryout or not, but i got my eye on the clan xeno!

Thanks for the positve comments. @D4Z The tryout requirements are very straightforward. It doesn't say "be good" it just says to incorporate some things that this clan stands for, thank you for your consideration. As for the post above me, no.
