Story : One's real name is Oliver Dex. He was born into a poor family. It was just him, and his mother. His father died before he was born, and his twin brother Vinyl (Victor Dex) left when he was young. His mother worked as a maid for a rich man who only hired her because she was beautiful. He would sexually harass her, and she couldn't do anything about it because she needed the money. She taught One herself because they didn't have enough money to send him to school. One Day, One ran off. He didn't mean to, but some older kids were bullying him, and he needed to get away. When he stopped running, he looked around, and realized he didn't know where he was. He wandered for hours trying to find help, but he never did. Just as he was beginning to lose hope, an old man found One in an Alley. The old man asked him if he knew where he was. One said no, and theOld man offered to help. He took One in for the night, and in the morning he drove him home. While One was in his care, The Old man thought that One would be a great man when he got older, so he gave him a necklace. The necklace contained the spirit powers of the Three Animals. When One got home, his mother cried with delight. She thanked The Old man, and he offered her a job as a maid for him. He was getting older day by day, and he needed help cleaning. One's mother figured it'd be better than her current job, so she said yes. The next day, she quit her crappy job, and went to work for The Old man. Years later, as One turned 22, A man wearing a suit and black glasses came to visit. While she worked for The Old man, One's mother earned a lot of money, and could afford a better house, and a better education for One. The man was a friend of the Old Man. He said that One had potential, and he would like to give one a job invitation. They would train him in fighting, and he would become part of a secret agency that was created to bust on large criminal activities. One immediately said yes, but before he left, he went and told his mother. She supported him in every way, and told him that he should do what he thinks is right. Later that day, He packed his things, and said goodbye to his mother.

One trained at the agency for years. And while he was there, he met many interesting People. Agents 21, and 22, Ace and Spade. Agent 13, Nicknamed Cane, Agent 6, His own brother Vinyl, and Agent 2, Toshimaru. Later on One became The top Agent, surpassing everyone else in skill. He soon heard of the RHG Competition. He joined to test his skills, and his fighting Prowess.

While training at the agency, the same Old man came to speak to him. He said he was proud of One, and how he turned out, and gave him a staff. At first it looked like an ordinary piece of wood, until the Old man explained it. It could split into two parts, and had razor sharp blades at the ends. He soon named it The White Razor.
