nice work on the gradient style colouring.It just needs a bit more work on Fire and the pants. In case of fire, try bringing the reflection of it on the character so it looks put up with the character. In case of the pants , it looks too rushed up compared to the other parts of your figure. It contains only straight lines and lacks strokes compared to the strokes you hav worked on the shirt. Its got potential of being done way better. Great job anyway!

It looks cool to be honest. Some things I noticed about the drawing:

No nails on his fingers?
Hands seem fat for me.
His legs is far from each other, leaving a big space between his legs.
What's up with his neck tie, why's it in zigzag?
Not sure, but the fire may need improvements. It's like the fire is behind him instead of being above his fingers.
His left eye seems to be passing through on his hair but I notice that too on some anime shows so I think it's not a problem.
Pants is lacking details (ie: lines)

That's all, but don't let that things I noticed from your drawing make you feel bad. You're a great drawer!

Overly not bad,
but you missed the anatomy a lot ! like in his hands, his fingers look weird,his legs are awkwardly A square !
Color-wise, there's no shading, if he was holding flames then I guess there most be a reflective light on his left side, and shades on the other !
and he looks so FLAT ! xD

That dude looks pretty cool.

Head is too long when it should be spherical.

Hand should be based off the shape of a trapezium, not square.

Right arm has its elbow too low.

Lazy gradients which are as good as no shading.

Hips too wide, seemingly disconnected.

Too large an area for the crotch.

There's no way he can stand with his legs like that.

And actually, I really put a large distance between his legs to test if it looks good.
But looking at the comments, I think it looks pretty ugly so it means that it was a bad idea XD

You need work on everything to be honest. Work away from drawing anime shit and work of life drawing, gesture drawing, and study andrew loomis or some delicious glenn vilpu. Broken anatomy, weird pose etc, etc. Sycra is also a great artist and give helpful as fuck tutorials on his channel.
