He is the leader of the glitch empire, one of Echo's earliest defense mechanisms, and proto cores that run still.
I created this dude to add more juice to the story, and to have more added to Echo's early projects.
Special doggy treat for whoever can guess what my inspiration was, a hint would be MMBN.
