Anyone know how to have things moving around during the menu screen, even though there's an obligatory "stop();" command on the frame?

its hard to understand what you mean... even harder to explain for me
you can try movieclips, buttons??? or look some stuff up on google or youtube. that specific level of actionscripting is easely found on the internet
but is kinda hard to explain if there is no visual so try youtube mainly

stone i have been trying the whole time long to explain that i dont want to be in the beginner section now i really need to animate a tribute to gta v in the beginner section? i sent you a pm like 5 days ago changed my game aswell and you didnt anwser

Unfortunately, you along with many others. I have to do this in a timely manner. Just know that if you put in your request PRIOR to my post that i've just made that you will be fine and continue as planned.

It is EXACTLY why I emphasized in the INITIAL post that you MUST take time in selecting your game to tribute.

I'll say this again, if you posted a request PRIOR to my above post then your request will be filled and updated in due time. In the mean time, go ahead and move forward with your animation. The front page just helps others reflect as to who is doing what and isn't a bible that illustrates whether or not you are in the competition.
