Description -
Deimosus Insanity Figure
This figure seems to have the shape of a doll, or childs toy.
This odd figure began to manifest within Echo's room. The figure makes it’s first appearance shortly after Echo had his first battle with Cooper. The first time Echo discovers the figure, its mouth was sealed shut with stitches, and both eyes were covered with large buttons. The figure had a strong will to speak, very faint whispers came from the figure. Echo was unable to decipher what the figure was trying to say, but he decided to leave it be.
A few days later, Echo makes his way to the SF district, on his journey to find the Steam Empire.
He spends his time in the district trying to get any information to find the hidden Empire….
However, during his search he comes across an abandoned building. He enters, only to find the figure sitting in the middle of the room.
How did it get there?
Echo quickly notices that the figure no longer had its mouth sealed by stitches. The button eyes were also missing, it had eyes that looked very organic, pen tip sized pupils. The figure only stares at Echo, as if expecting him to arrive.
The figure emits dreaded whispers, and insane thoughts, that begin to fill Echo’s mind.
The sounds the figure made were high in noise, and dust, like coming from an old radio.
As if only seconds had gone by, the figure begins to fade out, vanishing before Echo’s eyes.
[ Later makes an appearance ]

Points on originality. Totally an interesting work. But, I can't help but wonder a bit a the aesthetics of it. Your story says that it had it's mouth sewn shut and buttons over its eyes, but the picture shows no signs of that in the slightest. There also don't appear to be any pupils.
Moving away from story details, the hips bother me. It looks like he's sitting at a 3/4's angle, but the legs look to be about the same length, and his right hip (visual left) is raised upwards, making it look like he wants to cross his leg. It's kind of disorienting. It's also disorienting looking at the shirt, which has three colors essentially in lines. The problem is that, with the way his body is positioned, those lines are entirely horizontal rather than going along with the flow of his body and being angled. Maybe that's what you wanted, him being the embodiment of insanity and all, but if it isn't then you should probably adjust that a bit. It's also a bit strange, you using that type of shading rather than a gradient, especially since that's how the bottom of his pants(?) are done.
Overall though, it's a pretty cool piece.

Lol you sure go into detail, hardly anyone can actually see little things like that.
And yes for the shirt, it is more pixel styled, it looks weird which was intentional. I did add regular gradient to the ear tips, and his legs.
Also I did make this one for the second encounter, in the "abandoned building." Because I plan on doing his full shape soon.
The pupils are very small, one pixel, so hard to notice.
My main goal was kinda to make the viewer try viewing things differently, like faking a movement.
And too that other dude, I know it's edgy. He's not supposed to really give you a safe and comfortable presence. I plan on making most of the main antagonists very edgy.
