and you thought the best place to ask for help was the section that explicitly states "THIS IS NOT THE HELP FORUM."?

you didn't think to check General Help? the tutorial section? resources?

start here. no one is going to help you if you can't put the slightest amount of effort into helping yourself.

It takes very little effort to look down three sections to the area called "General Help." Don't get an attitude at your own incompetence.

Edit: I moved this so that it's in a more correct area. As for the answer to your problem, you make an animation by getting some animation software, then drawing on several frames, create a series of images that seem to naturally flow together and simulate movement.

Try using pivot or easy toon they are both free and work pretty well. If you have money to spend you can buy flash but its very expensive.

Yeah sorry, this is not on okay question to ask in the general help section. This answer is better answered by actual tutorials via browsing the forums or a simple google/youtube search. This is not hard to do and is much more worthwhile than creating a thread for it. This section would be a clusterfuck if everyone asked "how to animate" here. I'll let it slide this time since your new.

EDIT: To clarify, asking questions like "What are the best starting tutorials" or "who does the best tutorials" are fine, you can ask those, but asking questions like "how do I animate" is way too broad and complicated for a straight answer on a forum thread.
