nice clouds, but the one at the top-right corner has a wisp that disappears randomly

It's nice. You should make some more cumulus clouds and maybe a few dark cumulonimbus ones to add the sharpness to your work. The thicker ones need shading, tho. Make sure that the shade on them is grey not blue, because it would appear as a hole not a shade. Also, I suggest you do a larger part of the sky next time, so you can actually paint it from top to bottom and making the blue slightly darker for the realism. Cheers.
